" What a terrific dinner house! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to this popular Roseville eatery. We ordered a filet mignon and prime rib, and both were absolutely outstanding--a must-try for red meat aficionados. Of course, what makes the dining experience complete is the ambiance and service, and both qualities are in readily abundant supply at Carvers, which has an intimate, "big-city" feel that perfectly complements the impressive menus of food and wine. About the latter, our server's knowledge of the restaurant's nectar offerings and food pairings was amazingly thorough--to the point where it became obvious to us that Carvers takes their customers' satisfaction quite seriously. If only more local restaurants would follow their lead... "
