" There is finaly talent in sacramento as far as chef's are concerned. Chef Luc Diendevel is one of the best chefs in america and miles ahead of most other chefs in Sacramento. His simplisticly refined style of cooking is on point at all times. Every occasian you are blessed with the oppertunity to dine at 55 you know you will be experiencing something truly magical. If you are looking for perfection in food and service, look no further, it's on the corner of 5th and Capitol. "
