\n\n 59\,000 California children are in foster care\; mor e than half will not be able to return home and need a permanent family. D uring this 4-hour vigil\, a succession of community and business leaders\, adoptive parents\, and child advocates will read aloud the names and ages of the children who are waiting for families in California.
