For those of you who are not familiar with this format\, it means that there w ill be military style training obstacles and mud pits that you must traver se in order to survive the zombie apocalypse. Also\, each runner will have flag football flags attached to their waists that the zombies will try to take\, but if you make it to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with at least one of your flags still attached you survive the zombie apocalypse!
