If you are interested in having Sacramento Magazines Corporation provide in-kind sponsorship for your organization or event or provide items to your auction or raffle, please submit a proposal to our marketing department.

Sponsorship proposals and donation requests should be submitted as early as one year, but no later than three months, before your event.

Sponsorship proposals should include the following:

A description of the organization and event for which you are seeking sponsorship. List event date(s), time(s), and location. How many years has this event been held? How many people are expected to attend?
If applicable, please list all other media sponsors for this event.
Explain specifically what your group is requesting from Sacramento magazine. (i.e., advertising space, past issues of the magazine, event emcees, speakers, etc.)
Include any promotional opportunities available to Sacramento magazine at your event. (i.e., a booth or banner at your event, logos on event collateral and event related media, etc.)

Donation requests should include the following:

A description of the organization and event for which you are seeking a donation. Please list the event date and the date by which you need to receive the donation.

Your proposal will be reviewed to determine whether your organization and/or event:

Is consistent with the community-oriented objectives of Sacramento Magazines Corporation.
Is feasible given advertising deadlines and potential calendar conflicts.

Once this determination has been made, we will contact you to accept or decline your proposal/request.
