Mike TeSelle started at KCRA 3 in 1998 as a general assignment reporter. TeSelle, winner of an Edward R. Murrow regional award, a National Press Photographers Association award and an Emmy, did a stint as weekend anchor (in addition to reporting) for a few years, but went back to full-time reporting earlier this year. “I guess you could say I've got too much "newshound" in me to stay in the studio during big breaking news,” he says.
