Join The Firehouse for a summer wine party of epic proportion! Socialize with winemakers from Spoto, Kobalt, Row Eleven, Tierra Roja, Mellowood, and The Vineyard House wineries to name a few. Enjoy delicious cuisine paired with fabulous wines while listening to live music in our courtyard by Todd Morgan and the Emblems. Proceeds benefit California Musical Theatre.
For the food, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres, such as Beef Wellingtons, Petit Dungeness Crab Cakes, Smoked Salmon Profiterole, Hawaiian Ahi Poke with Pickled Mango, Caviar with Crème Fraîche, etc. The hors d'oeuvres stations include items such as a Carving Board station with Chimichurri Leg of Lamb, Suckling Pig and Prime Rib; Cold Bar station with Ceviche Three Ways, Oysters on the Half Shell, Cajun-Spiced Jumbo Prawns, Dungeness Crab Sushi Roll and House Cured Gravlox with Caviar; Meat and Cheese station with Charcuterie Meats, Artisanal Cheese, Baked Brie en Croûte and Crudités; and a Petit Dessert station with Assorted Chocolate Truffles, Fresh Fruit Tartlets, Petit Fours and Macaroons.
