At NEW BEGINNINGS we'll bring together three great examples of moving freely and good nutrition. At 1pm Izzy will show us how much fun it is to move with her ZUMBA GOLD class. Our Chef David will be cooking up a healthy food demonstration at 22pm. At 3pm the SILVER TIGERS Grandmaster Robinson will demonstrate their non-contact martial arts program for seniors. Come enjoy this special kick off to the New Year. Space is limited so RSVP in advance. |
