| Description |
Movies on a Big Screen (MOBS) Presents: The Little Shops of Horrors Having existed for over six years, MOBS has been on a forced hiatus for the last four months due to the lack of a venue, but the series has finally found a new home in The Grange, which is currently primarily a live theater located at the corner of V and Stockton Blvd. MOBS will be presenting movies on Thursday nights at The Grange, and possibly switching to Wednesday nights after the 1st of the year. The first night will be a bit of a public test in the new space, and will be a fairly low-budget setup, which is expected to improve over time. Corresponding with the low-budget setup and "test" nature of the first night, MOBS will be presenting the extremely low-budget 1960 cult classic "The Little Shop of Horrors," which was shot in two days on entirely reused sets, and featured a young Jack Nicholson. |
