Lonestar and Laundry and Bourbon by James McLure

Resurrection Theatre will present two hilarious comedies by James McLure, Laundry & Bourbon and Lonestar, in a special one weekend only performance. LAUNDRY & BOURBON is the story of three discontented and gossiping small-town wives, whose marriages are less than ideal, but strong friendship and a splash of bourbon see them through. LONE STAR is a side-splitting study of three Texas "good ol’ boys" on a Friday night carouse, which takes place in the cluttered back yard of a small-town Texas bar.

Laundry and Bourbon will be directed by Shawn B O’Neal and will feature Kellie Yvonne Raines, Laura Kaya and Eliza Webb.

Lonestar will be directed by Joshua Glenn Robertson and feature Scott Divine, William Gilbert, and Jonathan Hansen.

Laundry & Bourbon and Lonestar will run March 21, 22, and 23, with a special Bourbon & Beer Reception on the 23rd. The Bourbon & Beer Reception will be an opportunity to learn more about Resurrection Theatre and our plans for upcoming seasons.

Show times for Lone Star/Laundry & Bourbon are 8:00 p.m in the ThreePenny Playhouse.  Tickets are $20 for March 21 and 22 and $30 for Bourbon and Beer on the 23rd.
