How does the weather figure into an artist’s work? Most artist’s relish the approaching storm, the beauty of fresh snow, or the moodiness of a foggy day. The Knowlton Gallery’s March-April show, “Atmospheric,” will reflect the special element that weather adds to a landscape painting.
A great line-up of artists has agreed to take on this theme: Randall Sexton, Ray Roberts, Kathleen Dunphy, John Cosby, Jim McVicker, Jean LeGassick, Charles Muench, Timothy Horn and Clark Mitchell.
Join us for an opening reception on Saturday, March 1, 2014, 1 - 4 pm.
