Sample some of the best seafood in town at Blackbird Kitchen + Bar's "A Night to Fight Bullying" Monday, November 19th. Fundraiser for the Sacramento Gay & Lesbian Center includes cooking demonstration, cocktail and hors d'ouevres VIP at 6:00 p.m. Hors d'ouevres and mingling from 6:30 to 9:00. Bullying is rampant in the schools. 56 percent of students report bullying. Nine out of 10 gay students are threatened. Four out of 10 teachers see nothing wrong with it. Education is the key. |
