Open for more than two decades, Zinfandel Grille is an enduring dining favorite on the Fair Oaks Boulevard dining corridor. The well-heeled crowd comes for the wood-fired pizzas, and the restaurant does a nice job with pasta and fish. Try the lovely grilled salmon, napped in a pungent basil pesto and arranged artfully atop sautéed spinach and a crispy parmesan-polenta cake. The roasted meatloaf—wrapped in applewood bacon and stuffed with blue cheese—is a robust, satisfying dish.
