Chef/owner Bret Bohlmann is a passionate supporter of local farmers, purveyors and winemakers, and his innovative food sings with freshness and seasonality. Bistro Boulevard is a family enterprise, with Bret in the kitchen, wife Debora in the front of the house, and the couple’s two kids helping out where they can.
