Chocolatier and pastry professional Ginger Elizabeth Hahn, of GINGER ELIZABETH CHOCOLATES, insists on pure, fresh ingredients and classical techniques. The distinction is evident in her classic hot chocolate. It’s made with Valrhona chocolate and organic milk and topped with house-made vanilla bean marshmallows. Yum!
