This popular wine bar in the Handle District showcases an astonishing number of wines by the glass—all available in 3- and 6-ounce pours. The wine list is helpfully divided into categories such as Whites With Some Heft and Light Yet Impressive Reds. There’s also an abbreviated menu of mostly small plates designed to complement and enhance the wines. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully presented, and the freshness of ingredients is evident. Order the artisanal cheese plate, served with French baguette, roasted nuts and apricot-fig compote. After you’re done, mosey on over to the wine shop next door and bring home a bottle of that wine you just tasted.
