“Arts for All Day” really translates to “Arts for Kids Day”—but we forgive them: It’s Fairytale Town, after all. Besides, what could be better than spending a summer Saturday with the young’ uns, immersed in the arts? Sponsored by I Can Do That!, the event—designed for children with and without disabilities—will feature performances by ACT ON!, a children’s theater arts camp project; visual art displays; and fun workshops for creating rhumba shakers, spiral mobiles and other cool gadgets.
The four-hour event, appropriate for children ages 2-12, is free with paid park admission. For more information, visit fairytaletown.org or call (916) 808-7462.
