Get your taste buds ready and start practicing your glass swirling, because the 11th Annual Save Mart Grape Escape is headed to the newly renovated Cesar Chavez Plaza on June 1. This culinary celebration showcases 60 regional wineries and 40 local restaurants. Attendees can sip wine while enjoying food samples from some of Sacramento’s finest dining establishments.

Be sure not to miss the “Chef’s Challenge” cook-off, presented by the Institute of Technology Culinary Academy. Participating chefs will be presented with a basket of mystery items and asked to create recipes on the spot.
