Tough ’N Dirty

Posted on August 23

If you’re looking to truly challenge yourself physically, then look no further than the Tough ’N Dirty Mud & Obstacle Run. This is not your average fun run by any means. It’s a mud and obstacle course designed to challenge your body, mind and endurance. It sounds daunting, but don’t worry; it is actually a fun event. There will be many obstacles along the course of the run. However, if you feel some are too challenging, you may use the convenient bypasses.

Tough ’N Dirty will donate a portion of all entry proceeds to the Sacramento Children’s Home, Elk Grove Food Bank and local teen centers. Participants are also encouraged to bring a grocery bag filled with nonperishable food items and receive a $5 gift certificate toward the next Tough ’N Dirty event. For more information, click here.

What: Tough ’N Dirty
When: Aug. 25 from 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
Where: Davis Ranch in Sloughhouse
Cost: $75 on day of race
