49th Annual Greek Festival

Posted on August 29

Labor Day weekend is the perfect chance to take a break, leave your worries behind, and enjoy the Greek way of life. The 49th Annual Greek Festival returns to the Sacramento Convention Center and promises to be filled with plenty of Greek food, dancing and much more.

The festival is a full-out cultural celebration that features cooking demos, Greek dancing lessons, auctions, raffles and live music. However, we would be lying if we said we weren’t going primarily for the food. Everything from dolmathes to souvlaki to baklava will be served. If you can’t get around to tasting all the food you want to try on your first visit, don’t worry, the festival will be going on all weekend. For more information, click here.
