Give Thanks Yoga Festival

Posted on November 18

If you’re into yoga (which I clearly am, given my many yoga-related blogs), head over to Yoga Shala this weekend for part—or all—of its Give Thanks Yoga Festival, which supports the spirit and giving and gratitude. Starting tomorrow at 6:30 p.m., join Wade Morissette (that’s right—Alanis’ brother!) for a three-hour hip-hop core yoga and meditation class. Morissette is also back on Saturday and Sunday, as are Shala owner Tyler Langdale and yogis Scott Emerich and Ryan Bailey. Each class (there are six throughout the weekend) is $30, and a full weekend pass is $125. Sign up at MindBodyOnline.com.
