Brew Fest Weekend

Posted on May 11

This weekend will see not one but two brew fests gracing our fair city.

Friday night will feature the Fourth Annual Raley Field Brewfest in West Sacramento. With live bands, dancing into the night, and almost 40 Northern California breweries, it’s bound to be a hoppin’ good time. Tickets cost $30 and festivities start at 7 p.m., but with $40 you can start the party early at 6 p.m. Check out raleyfield.com for more information.

Saturday afternoon, Miller Park will play host to the West Coast Brew Fest. Guaranteed to be a day of sweaty, beer-soaked excitement, the WCBF will feature brewers from Washington, Oregon and California pouring unlimited samples of their craft brews. You’ll be able to catch local bands, local grub and plenty of folks who should put on more sun screen. Tickets are $30; doors open at 1 p.m.

As always, bring a designated driver, or plan transportation beforehand. Don’t drink and drive.
