Project Smile Again Sacramento

Posted on March 24

This Mother’s Day, one lucky Sacramento-area mom will receive the gift of a new smile thanks to Rocklin dentist Darce Slate, DDS, owner of PURE Dentistry. Know a worthy mom? Nomination forms—as well as rules and regulations—can be found here and require a 200 word (or fewer) essay on why the nominee should be chosen for the makeover. The deadline to enter is April 15; the winner will be announced April 17. The makeover will take place the week before Mother’s Day. In additional to a new smile, the winner and her family will be treated to a celebratory brunch at a local restaurant on Mother’s Day, May 9.
