We’ve assembled a list of fireworks shows to brighten your nights.
 
Sacramento: Cal Expo on July 4. Celebration begins with Mick Martin and The Blues Rockers performing at 6:30 p.m. Gates open at 4:30 p.m., fireworks begin at about 9:30 p.m. General admission is free, grandstand and reserved seating is $10. Parking is $10.
 
Rancho Cordova: A daylong celebration with music and food will take place July 4 at Hagan Park. Fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m. Admission is free; parking is $10.
 
Elk Grove: Elk Grove Regional Park on July 4. Festivities begin at 3 p.m. with live music, entertainment, food and a children’s area. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. No alcohol or pets permitted. Admission free; parking is $10.
 
Roseville: Placer County Fairgrounds, July 4. Gates open at 7 p.m., fireworks show begins at 9:30 p.m. Admission is free.
 
Woodland: Woodland High School hosts a free fireworks show on July 3. Beginning at 6 p.m. with live music by the Ericka Davis Band and a bounce house for children. Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. Admission is free.

Jackson: Jackson Jr. High School, July 3. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. with entertainment by the Geezers Dixieland Band and traditional family picnic games. Fireworks begin around 9 p.m. Admission is free.
