Would you believe us if we told you that you could drink beer while helping charity? It’s true, and possible at the 18th Annual California Brewers Festival. At this Point West Rotary event, sip on beers from more than 60 different breweries and distributors and hang out with a few thousand thirsty friends at Discovery Park.

Tickets are currently on sale, and give you to admission to the event, plus 10 beer samples (additional sales are $1 each). Aside from the refreshing brews, there will be live musical performances, a wide selection of food vendors, cigar selections and more. If you’re planning on biking to the event, know that free bike parking is available. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the local chapter of the Assistance League to provide young students in the Sacramento area with education opportunities.

So come thirsty, drink responsibly and please leave your furry four-legged friends at home. For more information, click here.
