You don’t have to be a football fan to enjoy the game and cheap beer and food on Sunday nights at MIX Downtown. The Sunday Night Football game kicks off at 5 p.m. every Sunday and MIX dishes out specials like $3 burgers, brats and beer. If you’re not in the mood for the game, move out to the rooftop patio fire pits and chat. MIX is located at the corner of 16th and L streets in the Firestone Building.

P.S. Sapporo, a new Japanese restaurant right next door to MIX, has a wicked Monday night football scene, with a happy hour from 2 to 10 p.m., $3 sake bombs, $4 jalapeno poppers and $5 specialty shots.
