Games Night/Spaghetti Feed

Posted on September 1

Wanna help keep local kids in school (so they grow up knowing not to use “words” like “wanna” in, oh, I don’t know, something like a resume?). Check out the Games Night/All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Feed taking place this Friday night at St. Matthew Christian Church (4809 Roosevelt Ave., Sacramento) from 6 to 10 p.m. Your requested donation of $10 gets you dinner and a night of dominoes, checkers, board and card games. It also raises much-needed funds so that the church can help students struggling to keep up in school as well as buy food for needy families in the Oak Park area. If you can’t make the fundraiser but still want to help, donations can be made to St. Matthew Christian Church. For more information, call Min. Keith Thompson at (916) 308-6244 or Sis. Tanya Mock at (916) 684-3252.
