As a scuba diver, I find the ocean fascinating, mysterious and peaceful, all at the same time. Unfortunately, I don’t get to visit the underwater world very often, so I love watching films that take me beneath the surface, where I can watch jellyfish dance, starfish crawl along the ocean floor (at a fast pace!) and sand crabs shed their shells for larger ones. Lucky for me, and any other lovers of underwater sights, I’ll have the chance this Thursday—on Earth Day only—to watch Disneynature’s Oceans on the big screen. Nearly three-quarters of the Earth’s surface is covered by water, so what better way to celebrate Earth Day than by exploring the mysteries that lie beneath the water’s surface? Find show times and get your tickets here.
