Check it Out: Artisan Meat & Fish in Granite Bay

Posted on April 9

I recently picked up some fantastic twice-baked potatoes and handmade crab cakes at Artisan Meat & Fish in Granite Bay. Located in the Quarry Ponds Town Center on Douglas Boulevard, this cheery and well-stocked butcher offers an enticing array of protein – from pre-marinated tri tip and chicken breasts to pork ribs, fresh seafood, boneless prime rib roast and colorful meat and vegetable skewers. I was impressed with the shop’s selection of side dishes – from the aforementioned twice-baked potatoes (enthusiastically gobbled up by my family that evening) to several salads, whole quiches and even pre-packaged baked beans for easy takeout. This is a great spot to visit if you’re planning a big family meal or entertaining friends.
