Ella Dining Room and Bar will host a unique dinner on February 27th featuring chef Todd Humphries (former co-owner and chef of the Martini House in St. Helena, which closed last fall); and nationally respected forager and wild foods expert Connie Green. The duo will team up with Ella chef Kelly McCown to offer guests “a journey through the beautiful and intriguing world of mushrooms and wild foods.”
The dinner is five courses and costs $125 per person. Optional wine pairings created by Ella sommelier Joe Vaccaro will also be available. The dinner coincides with the recent release of Green’s new book, The Wild Table, which includes a forward by Thomas Keller. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
