If you’re looking for an entertaining dining experience for the family this season, check out Roseville’s Susumu. A Benihana-style Japanese steak house, if offers similar food theatrics, including steaming onion “volcanos,” impressive bursts of fire and – if you’re lucky – a chef who flings eggs into his hat.
